I work with people to deal with anxiety and depression, as well as people who are dissatisfied with where their lives are. Together we work to help you “live the life you want”.

I started my practice in 2007, having received my Masters in Clinical Social Work from Columbia University in 1994.

I have helped hundreds of clients clear cluttered thoughts that make them feel overwhelmed.

You may have an idea of what therapy is-the client talking as the therapist nods and every so often says,“and how does that make you feel?” This is not that kind of therapy.

We will work together to figure out what isn’t working in your life and we will come up with a concrete plan to make positive changes.

My role is to help you identify where and why you are not happy in areas of your life, and to collaboratively come up with specific and concrete behavioral changes that you can make to improve those areas. I will be your sounding board, your reality check, your cheerleader and I will hold you accountable.
